Direct Hire Registered Nurse Role $45-$50.48 per hour in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Clinical Magnet (part of ICON Medical) is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join an In-Home Services program in Albuquerque, NM.

This is a DIRECT HIRE, full-time opportunity with a Monday–Friday day schedule.

Responsibilities Of The Home Care RN

• Provide in-home skilled nursing care in accordance with InnovAge policies and applicable regulations
• Triage participant and staff phone calls to determine care priorities
• Assist with participant exams, testing, and treatments
• Complete certification/recertification orders and discharge summaries
• Implement physician orders and instruct patients/families on medication and treatments
• Schedule and coordinate specialist appointments and hospital admissions
• Perform general nursing duties including medication administration and monitoring compliance
• Maintain thorough documentation and charting for all care provided
• Conduct client care assessments, reassessments, and develop individualized care plans
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Participate in care conferences, peer reviews, quality management, and utilization reviews
  
  

Qualifications Of The Home Care RN

• Associate’s degree in nursing (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Mexico
• Current First Aid and BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
• Valid driver’s license, personal transportation, and auto insurance
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with the frail or elderly
• 1+ year of home care experience required (No OASIS required)
  
  

Compensation And Benefits For The Home Care RN

• $45–$50.48 per hour, based on experience
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
